履行職責使命 做好發行工作

“十三(san)五”期間,新華書(shu)店積極發(fa)揮國(guo)有主(zhu)渠道(dao)、主(zhu)陣(zhen)地優(you)勢,承擔(dan)文(wen)化傳播使命,全力以赴做好重要(yao)文(wen)件文(wen)獻(xian)、重點(dian)主(zhu)題出版物(wu)、優(you)秀大眾讀物(wu)等相關發(fa)行工作。

這5年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)中,全(quan)國各(ge)地(di)新華書(shu)店在門(men)店突出(chu)位(wei)置設立(li)(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)柜專(zhuan)(zhuan)架(jia),開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)重點出(chu)版物展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)和宣傳征(zheng)訂活動,對讀者(zhe)購書(shu)給予優(you)惠,取得了顯著成效。2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),新華書(shu)店開(kai)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)“習近平(ping)總書(shu)記系列(lie)重要講話”“慶(qing)祝中國共產(chan)黨(dang)成立(li)(li)95周年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)”“紀念長征(zheng)勝(sheng)利(li)80周年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)”等主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)(ti)(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)活動;2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),設立(li)(li)黨(dang)的(de)十九大文(wen)獻展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)區、專(zhuan)(zhuan)臺、專(zhuan)(zhuan)架(jia);2018年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),舉(ju)辦(ban)以“習近平(ping)新時(shi)代中國特色社會(hui)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)義(yi)思想(xiang)”“馬克思誕辰(chen)200周年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)”“改革開(kai)放40周年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)”等為(wei)主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)(ti)(ti)的(de)專(zhuan)(zhuan)題(ti)(ti)(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)活動;2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian),舉(ju)辦(ban)“慶(qing)祝新中國成立(li)(li)70周年(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)(nian)”主(zhu)(zhu)(zhu)題(ti)(ti)(ti)出(chu)版物展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

“課前到(dao)書,人手一冊”是(shi)黨和國家對教(jiao)(jiao)材發行工作提出(chu)的(de)要求,是(shi)中小學開展正常教(jiao)(jiao)育(yu)活動(dong)的(de)基本保障(zhang)。“十三五”期(qi)間,新(xin)華書店將“課前到(dao)書”作為(wei)重要的(de)政治任(ren)務和社(she)會(hui)責任(ren),精心組(zu)織,精細操作,以長期(qi)積淀的(de)專業服(fu)務能力圓(yuan)滿完成每(mei)季教(jiao)(jiao)材的(de)征訂發行工作。

“課前(qian)到書(shu)”的(de)(de)服(fu)(fu)務水平在“十三五”期(qi)間得到提升,安徽新(xin)(xin)華(hua)在這方面領(ling)全國風(feng)氣之先。2014年秋季(ji)學期(qi),安徽新(xin)(xin)華(hua)將(jiang)教材配送從“送書(shu)到校”延伸到“分書(shu)到班”,2016年又開始試點“服(fu)(fu)務到生”。在榜樣(yang)的(de)(de)示范和帶動下(xia),河南、河北、云南等地的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)書(shu)店,紛(fen)(fen)紛(fen)(fen)嘗試“分書(shu)到班”。

這5年中(zhong),有兩個特殊的(de)年份(fen)值得銘記。2017年秋季學(xue)期,歷經5年完成編(bian)(bian)審的(de)統編(bian)(bian)三科(ke)教材正式(shi)啟用。由于三科(ke)教材編(bian)(bian)審、評(ping)議教輔重新申報定價、印(yin)刷業減產限排等(deng)原因,這一年新華人(ren)“課(ke)前到書(shu)”的(de)時(shi)間空前緊(jin)迫(po),工作尤其艱苦(ku)。

2020年,新冠肺炎疫(yi)情(qing)來襲,南方(fang)多地遭遇洪(hong)澇災害,教材教輔發運(yun)工作形勢更加嚴峻。各地新華(hua)人兌現一份承諾,堅(jian)守一份初心,以(yi)堅(jian)實行動兌現“課(ke)前到(dao)書”錚錚誓言。

承辦地方書展  推動(dong)全民(min)閱讀

承辦或協辦各(ge)種書展(zhan),舉辦各(ge)種文化活(huo)動,是(shi)“十三五”期間新華書店推動全民閱讀工作(zuo)的一個重要方面。

各地新(xin)華(hua)(hua)連續多年承辦或協辦地方書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan),如(ru)上(shang)海(hai)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、江蘇書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、南國(guo)(guo)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)節(jie)、深圳讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)月、黃山書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)會、山東書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、河(he)北省(sheng)惠(hui)民書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)市、海(hai)南書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)節(jie)、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)彩云南惠(hui)民書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)市、重慶(qing)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)月惠(hui)民書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)龍江讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)節(jie)、遼寧省(sheng)全民閱讀(du)節(jie)、廣(guang)西(xi)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、寧波書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)、海(hai)峽(xia)讀(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)節(jie)、天府書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)等。還有的新(xin)華(hua)(hua)走出當(dang)地舉辦書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan),如(ru)福(fu)建(jian)新(xin)華(hua)(hua)赴臺(tai)舉辦金門書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan),赴俄羅斯、瑞(rui)典、挪威、美國(guo)(guo)、日本等國(guo)(guo)家舉辦中國(guo)(guo)(福(fu)建(jian))圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展(zhan)銷會。

這些書(shu)(shu)展(zhan)大大推動(dong)(dong)了當地的(de)全民閱讀(du)(du)。如福(fu)(fu)建(jian)新華2016年承辦的(de)第二屆“世界讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)日·海峽讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)節”,實(shi)現銷(xiao)售碼洋3530萬(wan)元,成為福(fu)(fu)州參展(zhan)規模最(zui)大、入(ru)場人次最(zui)多、銷(xiao)售收入(ru)最(zui)高、宣傳(chuan)效果最(zui)好的(de)一次群(qun)眾性(xing)閱讀(du)(du)活(huo)動(dong)(dong)。再(zai)如2020河北省惠民書(shu)(shu)市(shi),在7天時間(jian)里,166家新華書(shu)(shu)店(dian)上下聯動(dong)(dong),發放260萬(wan)元優惠券,累計(ji)銷(xiao)售各類(lei)出版物(wu)41.17萬(wan)冊、1896萬(wan)元,讓利(li)800萬(wan)元。

除了承辦當地(di)書展,各地(di)新(xin)華還組織策劃了豐富(fu)多樣的(de)品牌閱(yue)讀(du)活(huo)(huo)動,形成一道道全(quan)民閱(yue)讀(du)的(de)亮麗風景(jing)線。歷年的(de)《報告書》對此進行(xing)了記錄。例如(ru),新(xin)華書店總店的(de)“出版界(jie)(jie)圖書館界(jie)(jie)全(quan)民閱(yue)讀(du)年會”“全(quan)國館社高層論壇”“全(quan)國少兒閱(yue)讀(du)峰會”,江(jiang)西(xi)新(xin)華的(de)“朗讀(du)者(zhe)(zhe)”“美(mei)麗中國·精彩江(jiang)西(xi)”等誦(song)讀(du)活(huo)(huo)動,已(yi)成品牌活(huo)(huo)動。海南新(xin)華開設的(de)數十個“新(xin)時(shi)代經典傳習所”,搭建起(qi)新(xin)時(shi)代傳播(bo)新(xin)思想的(de)“新(xin)平臺、新(xin)陣地(di)、新(xin)機(ji)制”。內蒙古新(xin)華利用旗下(xia)發行(xing)網點,通過鴻雁(yan)傳書(文化扶貧活(huo)(huo)動)、鴻雁(yan)使者(zhe)(zhe)(草原文化志愿者(zhe)(zhe)活(huo)(huo)動)、鴻雁(yan)校園(yuan)(場景(jing)閱(yue)讀(du)實踐課堂)、鴻雁(yan)之家(jia)(“學習強(qiang)國”積分兌書)、鴻雁(yan)誦(song)讀(du)(講(jiang)我的(de)故事)和(he)鴻雁(yan)書店(在你身(shen)邊的(de)流動書房)的(de)方式,推(tui)動“鴻雁(yan)悅讀(du)”深入(ru)全(quan)區各地(di)。

投(tou)入人力物(wu)力  助力精準扶貧


2021年2月(yue)25日,習近平(ping)總(zong)書(shu)記在全(quan)國(guo)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)貧攻堅總(zong)結表(biao)彰大(da)會(hui)上莊嚴宣(xuan)告:我(wo)國(guo)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)貧攻堅戰取得了全(quan)面勝(sheng)利!“十三五”期間,各地新華書(shu)店(dian)投入(ru)大(da)量資金(jin)和(he)物資,派出一線扶貧干部,通過開展產業幫扶、教(jiao)育文化幫扶等(deng)方式幫助(zhu)扶貧村(cun)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)貧,在國(guo)家(jia)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)貧攻堅的時(shi)代畫卷(juan)上寫下了一筆。歷年的《報(bao)告書(shu)》記錄了這(zhe)些數(shu)據。

2017年(nian),甘肅新(xin)華(hua)(hua)、深圳新(xin)華(hua)(hua)、重(zhong)慶新(xin)華(hua)(hua)分別向對口幫扶(fu)村捐贈240萬元、220萬元、110萬元。河(he)南新(xin)華(hua)(hua)云書網成立扶(fu)貧團隊,提供(gong)農副產品(pin)網上銷(xiao)售(shou)服(fu)務,探(tan)索電商扶(fu)貧新(xin)模(mo)式。

2018年,江(jiang)西(xi)新華(hua)對(dui)138個(ge)扶(fu)貧(pin)點(dian)(dian)開展幫扶(fu),累計捐(juan)(juan)贈約500萬(wan)(wan)元;湖南新華(hua)參與建(jian)設(she)扶(fu)貧(pin)點(dian)(dian)上百個(ge),派(pai)駐(zhu)蹲點(dian)(dian)的人員200多人,對(dui)口扶(fu)貧(pin)人數達753人;甘肅(su)新華(hua)為(wei)扶(fu)貧(pin)村學(xue)校(xiao)援建(jian)圖書室折合人民幣267萬(wan)(wan)元,為(wei)貧(pin)困(kun)戶(hu)捐(juan)(juan)資捐(juan)(juan)物90多萬(wan)(wan)元;河(he)北新華(hua)向貧(pin)困(kun)村派(pai)駐(zhu)干部黨員20余人,為(wei)貧(pin)困(kun)地區捐(juan)(juan)贈物資共計232萬(wan)(wan)元。

2019年(nian),山西新華118人駐(zhu)村(cun)幫扶(fu)、486人結對幫扶(fu),年(nian)投入(ru)資金千余萬(wan)元;內蒙古(gu)新華脫貧攻堅(jian)戰斗(dou)隊(dui)加(jia)入(ru)了12個(ge)貧困村(cun)的駐(zhu)村(cun)工作,投入(ru)資金、財物百余萬(wan)元;甘肅新華198人參與(yu)精準扶(fu)貧,投入(ru)扶(fu)貧資金68萬(wan)余元,為貧困地區捐(juan)(juan)錢、捐(juan)(juan)物、捐(juan)(juan)贈圖書(shu)超(chao)過360萬(wan)元。

對(dui)(dui)于援(yuan)(yuan)藏(zang)(zang)、援(yuan)(yuan)疆、援(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)的國家(jia)重點(dian)項目,新(xin)(xin)華書(shu)(shu)店更是高度重視,落(luo)實到位。2018年(nian),新(xin)(xin)華書(shu)(shu)店總(zong)店派員參加青(qing)海扶貧(pin)工作,籌措資金500余萬(wan)元,修建(jian)一條27公(gong)里長(chang)的砂石路和一座44米長(chang)的涵橋;2017年(nian),江蘇新(xin)(xin)華對(dui)(dui)口援(yuan)(yuan)藏(zang)(zang)、援(yuan)(yuan)疆圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)近200萬(wan)元;福建(jian)新(xin)(xin)華2017年(nian)捐贈的1000萬(wan)元圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)中(zhong),相(xiang)當一部分是對(dui)(dui)口支援(yuan)(yuan)西(xi)藏(zang)(zang)的;北(bei)京新(xin)(xin)華2017年(nian)捐贈的91萬(wan)元圖(tu)書(shu)(shu)中(zhong),援(yuan)(yuan)藏(zang)(zang)占(zhan)了相(xiang)當比重。
