履行職責使命 做好發行工作

“十三五”期間(jian),新華書店(dian)積極發揮國有主(zhu)(zhu)渠道(dao)、主(zhu)(zhu)陣地(di)優勢,承擔(dan)文化傳播使(shi)命,全力以赴做(zuo)好重要文件文獻(xian)、重點主(zhu)(zhu)題出版物、優秀大(da)眾(zhong)讀物等相關發行工作。

這5年中,全國各地新(xin)華書(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)在(zai)門(men)店(dian)(dian)突出(chu)位(wei)置(zhi)設立(li)專(zhuan)(zhuan)柜專(zhuan)(zhuan)架(jia),開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)重點(dian)出(chu)版(ban)物展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)和宣傳征(zheng)訂活動(dong),對(dui)讀者購書(shu)(shu)(shu)給予優惠(hui),取得了(le)顯(xian)著成效。2016年,新(xin)華書(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)開展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)“習(xi)近平(ping)總書(shu)(shu)(shu)記系列(lie)重要講話”“慶(qing)祝中國共產黨(dang)成立(li)95周年”“紀念長(chang)征(zheng)勝利(li)80周年”等(deng)主(zhu)題展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)活動(dong);2017年,設立(li)黨(dang)的十(shi)九大文獻展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)專(zhuan)(zhuan)區(qu)、專(zhuan)(zhuan)臺、專(zhuan)(zhuan)架(jia);2018年,舉辦以“習(xi)近平(ping)新(xin)時(shi)代中國特(te)色社(she)會主(zhu)義思(si)想”“馬克思(si)誕(dan)辰200周年”“改革開放40周年”等(deng)為主(zhu)題的專(zhuan)(zhuan)題展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)活動(dong);2019年,舉辦“慶(qing)祝新(xin)中國成立(li)70周年”主(zhu)題出(chu)版(ban)物展(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)(zhan)。

“課(ke)前到書,人手一冊(ce)”是(shi)黨(dang)和(he)國家對教(jiao)材(cai)發(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)工作提出的(de)要求,是(shi)中小學(xue)開展正常教(jiao)育活動的(de)基本保障。“十三五”期間,新(xin)華書店將“課(ke)前到書”作為(wei)重要的(de)政治(zhi)任(ren)務和(he)社(she)會(hui)責任(ren),精(jing)心組織,精(jing)細操作,以長期積淀的(de)專業服務能力圓滿完成每季教(jiao)材(cai)的(de)征訂發(fa)(fa)行(xing)(xing)工作。

“課前到(dao)書(shu)(shu)”的服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)水平在(zai)“十三五”期間得(de)到(dao)提升,安徽新華在(zai)這方(fang)面(mian)領全國風(feng)氣之先(xian)。2014年(nian)(nian)秋季學期,安徽新華將教材配送從“送書(shu)(shu)到(dao)校”延伸到(dao)“分書(shu)(shu)到(dao)班”,2016年(nian)(nian)又開始試點“服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)到(dao)生”。在(zai)榜樣的示范和帶動下,河(he)南、河(he)北(bei)、云(yun)南等地的新華書(shu)(shu)店(dian),紛紛嘗試“分書(shu)(shu)到(dao)班”。

這(zhe)5年中,有(you)兩個特殊的(de)年份值得銘記。2017年秋季學期,歷經(jing)5年完成編審的(de)統編三(san)科教(jiao)材(cai)正式啟(qi)用。由于三(san)科教(jiao)材(cai)編審、評議教(jiao)輔重新申(shen)報定(ding)價、印(yin)刷(shua)業減產限(xian)排等原因,這(zhe)一年新華人“課前(qian)(qian)到書”的(de)時間空前(qian)(qian)緊迫,工作尤其艱(jian)苦。

2020年,新(xin)冠(guan)肺炎疫情來襲,南方(fang)多地(di)遭遇洪澇災害,教(jiao)材教(jiao)輔發運工作形勢更加嚴峻。各地(di)新(xin)華人兌(dui)現(xian)一(yi)份承諾,堅守一(yi)份初(chu)心,以(yi)堅實行動兌(dui)現(xian)“課前到書”錚錚誓言。

承辦地方(fang)書展  推動全民閱讀(du)

承辦(ban)(ban)或協辦(ban)(ban)各(ge)種(zhong)書(shu)展,舉辦(ban)(ban)各(ge)種(zhong)文(wen)化(hua)活動(dong)(dong),是“十三五”期間(jian)新華書(shu)店推(tui)動(dong)(dong)全民閱讀(du)工作的一個重要方面。

各地新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)連續多(duo)年承辦(ban)或協辦(ban)地方書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展,如上海書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、江(jiang)蘇(su)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、南(nan)國書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)節、深(shen)圳讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)月、黃山(shan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)會(hui)、山(shan)東書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、河北(bei)省惠(hui)民書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)市(shi)、海南(nan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)節、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)彩云南(nan)惠(hui)民書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)市(shi)、重慶讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)月惠(hui)民書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)香(xiang)(xiang)龍江(jiang)讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)節、遼寧省全(quan)民閱讀(du)(du)節、廣西書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、寧波書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展、海峽讀(du)(du)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)節、天府書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展等。還有的新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)走出當地舉(ju)(ju)辦(ban)書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展,如福(fu)建(jian)新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)赴(fu)臺舉(ju)(ju)辦(ban)金(jin)門書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展,赴(fu)俄羅斯、瑞典、挪威、美國、日本等國家舉(ju)(ju)辦(ban)中國(福(fu)建(jian))圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)展銷會(hui)。

這些書展(zhan)大(da)(da)大(da)(da)推動了當(dang)地的全(quan)民閱(yue)讀。如(ru)福建(jian)新華2016年承辦的第二屆“世界讀書日·海(hai)峽讀書節”,實現銷(xiao)售(shou)碼洋3530萬元(yuan),成為(wei)福州參展(zhan)規模(mo)最(zui)大(da)(da)、入(ru)場人次最(zui)多、銷(xiao)售(shou)收入(ru)最(zui)高(gao)、宣傳效果最(zui)好的一(yi)次群眾性閱(yue)讀活動。再如(ru)2020河北省惠民書市,在7天時(shi)間里,166家新華書店上(shang)下聯(lian)動,發放260萬元(yuan)優惠券,累計銷(xiao)售(shou)各(ge)類(lei)出版物41.17萬冊、1896萬元(yuan),讓(rang)利(li)800萬元(yuan)。

除了(le)承辦當地書(shu)(shu)展,各地新(xin)華還組(zu)織策劃了(le)豐富多樣的(de)品牌閱(yue)讀(du)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),形成(cheng)一(yi)道道全民閱(yue)讀(du)的(de)亮麗風景線。歷年的(de)《報(bao)告書(shu)(shu)》對此進行了(le)記(ji)錄。例如,新(xin)華書(shu)(shu)店總店的(de)“出(chu)版界(jie)(jie)圖書(shu)(shu)館(guan)界(jie)(jie)全民閱(yue)讀(du)年會”“全國館(guan)社高層論(lun)壇”“全國少(shao)兒閱(yue)讀(du)峰會”,江西新(xin)華的(de)“朗讀(du)者(zhe)”“美麗中(zhong)國·精彩江西”等誦(song)讀(du)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong),已成(cheng)品牌活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong)。海(hai)南新(xin)華開設的(de)數十個“新(xin)時代(dai)(dai)經典傳習(xi)所”,搭建起新(xin)時代(dai)(dai)傳播新(xin)思想的(de)“新(xin)平臺、新(xin)陣地、新(xin)機制(zhi)”。內蒙古新(xin)華利用旗下發行網點,通過鴻雁(yan)傳書(shu)(shu)(文(wen)化扶(fu)貧活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong))、鴻雁(yan)使(shi)者(zhe)(草原文(wen)化志愿者(zhe)活(huo)(huo)動(dong)(dong))、鴻雁(yan)校(xiao)園(yuan)(場(chang)景閱(yue)讀(du)實踐課(ke)堂)、鴻雁(yan)之家(“學習(xi)強國”積分(fen)兌書(shu)(shu))、鴻雁(yan)誦(song)讀(du)(講我的(de)故事)和鴻雁(yan)書(shu)(shu)店(在(zai)你身(shen)邊的(de)流(liu)動(dong)(dong)書(shu)(shu)房)的(de)方式(shi),推(tui)動(dong)(dong)“鴻雁(yan)悅讀(du)”深入全區各地。

投(tou)入人力(li)物力(li)  助(zhu)力(li)精準扶貧


2021年2月25日,習近平總(zong)書(shu)記在全國(guo)脫貧攻(gong)堅(jian)總(zong)結表彰大(da)會上莊嚴宣告:我國(guo)脫貧攻(gong)堅(jian)戰取得了(le)全面勝利(li)!“十三五”期間,各地(di)新華書(shu)店投入大(da)量(liang)資金和物資,派(pai)出一線(xian)扶(fu)貧干部,通過開展(zhan)產業(ye)幫扶(fu)、教(jiao)育文化幫扶(fu)等(deng)方式幫助扶(fu)貧村脫貧,在國(guo)家脫貧攻(gong)堅(jian)的時(shi)代畫卷(juan)上寫下(xia)了(le)一筆。歷(li)年的《報告書(shu)》記錄了(le)這些數據。

2017年,甘肅(su)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)、深圳新(xin)(xin)華(hua)、重慶新(xin)(xin)華(hua)分別向(xiang)對(dui)口幫扶村捐贈240萬元(yuan)、220萬元(yuan)、110萬元(yuan)。河(he)南新(xin)(xin)華(hua)云書網(wang)(wang)成立扶貧團隊,提供農副產品網(wang)(wang)上銷(xiao)售服務(wu),探索電商扶貧新(xin)(xin)模(mo)式。

2018年,江西新華(hua)對(dui)138個扶(fu)貧點開展幫扶(fu),累計捐贈約500萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan);湖南新華(hua)參與(yu)建(jian)(jian)設扶(fu)貧點上百個,派駐蹲點的人員200多人,對(dui)口(kou)扶(fu)貧人數達(da)753人;甘肅新華(hua)為扶(fu)貧村學校援(yuan)建(jian)(jian)圖書室折合人民幣267萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan),為貧困戶捐資捐物(wu)90多萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan);河北新華(hua)向貧困村派駐干部黨員20余(yu)人,為貧困地區捐贈物(wu)資共計232萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)。

2019年,山西新華118人駐村(cun)幫(bang)扶(fu)、486人結對(dui)幫(bang)扶(fu),年投(tou)(tou)入(ru)資(zi)金千(qian)余(yu)萬元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan);內(nei)蒙古新華脫貧(pin)(pin)攻堅(jian)戰斗(dou)隊加入(ru)了12個貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)村(cun)的駐村(cun)工作,投(tou)(tou)入(ru)資(zi)金、財物(wu)百(bai)余(yu)萬元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan);甘肅新華198人參與精準(zhun)扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin),投(tou)(tou)入(ru)扶(fu)貧(pin)(pin)資(zi)金68萬余(yu)元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),為貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)地(di)區捐(juan)錢、捐(juan)物(wu)、捐(juan)贈圖書(shu)超(chao)過(guo)360萬元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。

對(dui)于(yu)援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)藏(zang)、援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)疆(jiang)、援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)青(qing)的(de)國家重(zhong)(zhong)點項目,新華(hua)書店更是高度(du)重(zhong)(zhong)視,落實到位。2018年,新華(hua)書店總店派員參加青(qing)海(hai)扶貧工(gong)作,籌措資(zi)金500余萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),修建(jian)一條27公里長(chang)的(de)砂石路和一座44米長(chang)的(de)涵橋;2017年,江蘇新華(hua)對(dui)口(kou)援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)藏(zang)、援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)疆(jiang)圖(tu)(tu)書近200萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan);福建(jian)新華(hua)2017年捐(juan)贈(zeng)的(de)1000萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)圖(tu)(tu)書中,相當(dang)一部(bu)分是對(dui)口(kou)支援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)西藏(zang)的(de);北京(jing)新華(hua)2017年捐(juan)贈(zeng)的(de)91萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)圖(tu)(tu)書中,援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)藏(zang)占了相當(dang)比重(zhong)(zhong)。
