履行職責使命 做好發行工作

“課前(qian)到書(shu)(shu),人手一冊”是黨和國家對教材發(fa)行工(gong)作(zuo)提出(chu)的(de)(de)要求,是中小學開展正(zheng)常教育活動的(de)(de)基本保障。“十三五”期間,新華書(shu)(shu)店將“課前(qian)到書(shu)(shu)”作(zuo)為(wei)重要的(de)(de)政(zheng)治任(ren)務(wu)和社(she)會責任(ren),精(jing)心組織(zhi),精(jing)細操作(zuo),以(yi)長期積淀的(de)(de)專業(ye)服(fu)務(wu)能力圓滿完成(cheng)每季教材的(de)(de)征訂(ding)發(fa)行工(gong)作(zuo)。

“課前到書(shu)”的服(fu)(fu)務水平在(zai)“十三五”期(qi)間得到提升,安徽新(xin)華(hua)(hua)在(zai)這(zhe)方面領全國風氣之先(xian)。2014年(nian)秋季學期(qi),安徽新(xin)華(hua)(hua)將教材配送(song)從(cong)“送(song)書(shu)到校”延伸到“分(fen)書(shu)到班(ban)”,2016年(nian)又開始(shi)試點“服(fu)(fu)務到生(sheng)”。在(zai)榜樣(yang)的示范和帶動下,河(he)南(nan)(nan)、河(he)北、云南(nan)(nan)等地的新(xin)華(hua)(hua)書(shu)店,紛(fen)紛(fen)嘗(chang)試“分(fen)書(shu)到班(ban)”。

這(zhe)5年(nian)中,有(you)兩(liang)個特(te)殊的(de)年(nian)份值得銘記。2017年(nian)秋季學(xue)期,歷經5年(nian)完成(cheng)編(bian)(bian)審(shen)的(de)統編(bian)(bian)三科(ke)教材(cai)(cai)正(zheng)式啟用。由(you)于三科(ke)教材(cai)(cai)編(bian)(bian)審(shen)、評議教輔(fu)重新申報定價、印刷業減產限排等原因,這(zhe)一年(nian)新華人“課前(qian)到書”的(de)時間空前(qian)緊(jin)迫,工作尤其艱苦。

2020年(nian),新冠肺炎疫(yi)情來襲,南方多(duo)地遭遇洪澇災害(hai),教(jiao)材教(jiao)輔發運工作形勢更(geng)加嚴峻。各地新華人兌(dui)現一份(fen)承諾(nuo),堅(jian)守一份(fen)初心,以堅(jian)實行動(dong)兌(dui)現“課前到書”錚錚誓言(yan)。

承辦地方書展  推動全(quan)民閱讀

承(cheng)辦或協辦各(ge)種(zhong)書展,舉(ju)辦各(ge)種(zhong)文化活(huo)動(dong),是“十三(san)五”期間新(xin)華書店推(tui)動(dong)全民閱(yue)讀工作的一(yi)個重要(yao)方面。

這些書展大(da)(da)大(da)(da)推動了(le)當(dang)地的(de)(de)全(quan)民閱(yue)讀(du)。如福(fu)建新華(hua)2016年承(cheng)辦(ban)的(de)(de)第二屆“世界讀(du)書日·海峽讀(du)書節”,實現銷售(shou)碼(ma)洋3530萬元(yuan),成為(wei)福(fu)州參展規模最(zui)(zui)大(da)(da)、入場人次(ci)最(zui)(zui)多、銷售(shou)收入最(zui)(zui)高(gao)、宣傳效果(guo)最(zui)(zui)好的(de)(de)一次(ci)群眾性閱(yue)讀(du)活動。再如2020河北省惠民書市(shi),在7天時間里(li),166家新華(hua)書店(dian)上下聯動,發(fa)放260萬元(yuan)優惠券,累計銷售(shou)各類出(chu)版物41.17萬冊、1896萬元(yuan),讓利(li)800萬元(yuan)。

除了(le)承(cheng)辦(ban)當地(di)書(shu)(shu)展,各(ge)地(di)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)還組織策劃了(le)豐富(fu)多樣的(de)品牌閱(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)活動,形成一道道全民閱(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)的(de)亮麗(li)風(feng)景線。歷年(nian)的(de)《報告書(shu)(shu)》對此(ci)進行(xing)了(le)記錄。例如,新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)總(zong)店(dian)的(de)“出版界圖書(shu)(shu)館界全民閱(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)年(nian)會(hui)(hui)”“全國(guo)館社高層論壇”“全國(guo)少兒閱(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)峰(feng)會(hui)(hui)”,江西新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)的(de)“朗讀(du)(du)(du)者(zhe)(zhe)”“美麗(li)中國(guo)·精彩江西”等誦(song)讀(du)(du)(du)活動,已成品牌活動。海(hai)南新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)開設的(de)數十個(ge)“新(xin)(xin)時代(dai)經(jing)典傳習所”,搭建起新(xin)(xin)時代(dai)傳播新(xin)(xin)思(si)想的(de)“新(xin)(xin)平臺、新(xin)(xin)陣地(di)、新(xin)(xin)機制”。內蒙古新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)利用旗下發行(xing)網點(dian),通過鴻(hong)(hong)雁傳書(shu)(shu)(文(wen)化(hua)(hua)扶貧活動)、鴻(hong)(hong)雁使者(zhe)(zhe)(草(cao)原文(wen)化(hua)(hua)志愿者(zhe)(zhe)活動)、鴻(hong)(hong)雁校園(場景閱(yue)讀(du)(du)(du)實踐課(ke)堂)、鴻(hong)(hong)雁之家(“學習強(qiang)國(guo)”積分兌書(shu)(shu))、鴻(hong)(hong)雁誦(song)讀(du)(du)(du)(講我的(de)故事)和鴻(hong)(hong)雁書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(在(zai)你身(shen)邊的(de)流(liu)動書(shu)(shu)房)的(de)方式,推動“鴻(hong)(hong)雁悅讀(du)(du)(du)”深入(ru)全區(qu)各(ge)地(di)。

投入人力物力  助(zhu)力精準扶(fu)貧


2021年2月25日,習近平總書記在全國(guo)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)總結表彰大(da)會上(shang)莊嚴宣告(gao):我國(guo)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)戰取得了全面勝利(li)!“十(shi)三(san)五”期間,各地新華書店投(tou)入大(da)量資金和物資,派出一線扶貧(pin)(pin)(pin)干部,通過(guo)開展產業幫(bang)扶、教育文化幫(bang)扶等(deng)方式(shi)幫(bang)助扶貧(pin)(pin)(pin)村(cun)脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)(pin),在國(guo)家脫(tuo)(tuo)(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)的(de)時代畫(hua)卷(juan)上(shang)寫下了一筆。歷年的(de)《報告(gao)書》記錄了這些數據。

2017年(nian),甘肅新華、深圳(zhen)新華、重慶(qing)新華分別向對口(kou)幫扶村捐贈(zeng)240萬(wan)元、220萬(wan)元、110萬(wan)元。河南新華云書網成立扶貧(pin)團隊(dui),提供農(nong)副產(chan)品(pin)網上銷售(shou)服務(wu),探索電(dian)商扶貧(pin)新模式。

2018年(nian),江西新華(hua)對(dui)138個扶貧(pin)點開展幫扶,累計捐贈(zeng)約500萬(wan)元;湖南新華(hua)參(can)與建(jian)設扶貧(pin)點上百個,派(pai)駐蹲點的人(ren)(ren)員200多人(ren)(ren),對(dui)口(kou)扶貧(pin)人(ren)(ren)數達753人(ren)(ren);甘肅新華(hua)為扶貧(pin)村學校援(yuan)建(jian)圖書室(shi)折合人(ren)(ren)民幣267萬(wan)元,為貧(pin)困戶捐資捐物(wu)90多萬(wan)元;河(he)北新華(hua)向貧(pin)困村派(pai)駐干部黨員20余人(ren)(ren),為貧(pin)困地區捐贈(zeng)物(wu)資共計232萬(wan)元。

2019年(nian),山(shan)西新華118人駐(zhu)村幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu)、486人結對幫(bang)扶(fu)(fu),年(nian)投(tou)入(ru)資金(jin)千余萬元(yuan);內(nei)蒙古新華脫貧(pin)攻堅戰(zhan)斗隊加入(ru)了12個貧(pin)困村的(de)駐(zhu)村工作,投(tou)入(ru)資金(jin)、財物(wu)百余萬元(yuan);甘肅新華198人參(can)與(yu)精準扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin),投(tou)入(ru)扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)資金(jin)68萬余元(yuan),為貧(pin)困地(di)區捐(juan)錢、捐(juan)物(wu)、捐(juan)贈圖書超過(guo)360萬元(yuan)。
