履行職責使命 做好發行工作

“十(shi)三五”期(qi)間,新華書店積(ji)極發揮國有(you)主渠道(dao)、主陣地優(you)勢,承擔文化傳(chuan)播使命,全力以赴做好重(zhong)要(yao)文件文獻、重(zhong)點主題(ti)出(chu)版物、優(you)秀大(da)眾讀(du)物等(deng)相關發行(xing)工作。

“課前(qian)到書,人手一(yi)冊”是(shi)黨和(he)國家對教(jiao)(jiao)材發行工作提出(chu)的(de)要求,是(shi)中小(xiao)學開(kai)展(zhan)正常(chang)教(jiao)(jiao)育活動的(de)基本保障。“十三五”期(qi)間,新華書店將“課前(qian)到書”作為重要的(de)政治任務(wu)和(he)社會責任,精(jing)心組(zu)織(zhi),精(jing)細操作,以長期(qi)積(ji)淀(dian)的(de)專業服務(wu)能力圓(yuan)滿完成每季(ji)教(jiao)(jiao)材的(de)征(zheng)訂發行工作。

“課前到(dao)(dao)書(shu)(shu)”的(de)服務水平(ping)在“十三五”期間得到(dao)(dao)提升,安(an)徽(hui)新(xin)華在這(zhe)方(fang)面領全國風氣之(zhi)先(xian)。2014年(nian)秋季學期,安(an)徽(hui)新(xin)華將教材配送(song)從(cong)“送(song)書(shu)(shu)到(dao)(dao)校(xiao)”延伸(shen)到(dao)(dao)“分(fen)書(shu)(shu)到(dao)(dao)班”,2016年(nian)又開始試點“服務到(dao)(dao)生”。在榜樣的(de)示(shi)范和帶動下,河(he)南、河(he)北、云南等地的(de)新(xin)華書(shu)(shu)店(dian),紛紛嘗試“分(fen)書(shu)(shu)到(dao)(dao)班”。

這5年(nian)中,有(you)兩個(ge)特殊的年(nian)份值得銘記。2017年(nian)秋季學(xue)期,歷經5年(nian)完成編審的統編三科教(jiao)材(cai)(cai)正(zheng)式啟用。由于三科教(jiao)材(cai)(cai)編審、評議教(jiao)輔重新(xin)申(shen)報定價、印刷(shua)業減產限排等(deng)原因(yin),這一年(nian)新(xin)華人(ren)“課前到(dao)書(shu)”的時間(jian)空前緊迫,工作尤其艱苦。

2020年,新冠肺炎疫情(qing)來襲,南方多地遭遇洪澇災害,教材教輔(fu)發運工作(zuo)形勢更加(jia)嚴(yan)峻。各地新華人兌現一份(fen)承諾,堅守(shou)一份(fen)初心(xin),以堅實行動兌現“課前到書”錚錚誓言。

承辦地方(fang)書展  推動(dong)全民閱(yue)讀(du)

承辦或(huo)協辦各(ge)種書(shu)展,舉辦各(ge)種文化活動,是“十三五(wu)”期間新華書(shu)店推動全民閱讀工作(zuo)的一(yi)個重要方面。

這些書(shu)(shu)展(zhan)大大推動了當地的全民(min)閱(yue)讀。如福建新華2016年(nian)承辦(ban)的第二屆“世(shi)界讀書(shu)(shu)日·海峽讀書(shu)(shu)節”,實(shi)現銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)碼洋3530萬(wan)元(yuan),成為福州(zhou)參展(zhan)規模(mo)最大、入場人次(ci)最多、銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)收入最高、宣傳(chuan)效(xiao)果(guo)最好的一次(ci)群眾性閱(yue)讀活動。再如2020河(he)北省惠(hui)民(min)書(shu)(shu)市,在7天時間里,166家新華書(shu)(shu)店(dian)上下聯動,發放260萬(wan)元(yuan)優惠(hui)券,累計銷(xiao)(xiao)售(shou)(shou)各類出(chu)版物41.17萬(wan)冊、1896萬(wan)元(yuan),讓利800萬(wan)元(yuan)。

除了(le)(le)承(cheng)辦當(dang)地(di)書(shu)展,各地(di)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)還組織策(ce)劃了(le)(le)豐(feng)富多(duo)樣的品牌閱(yue)讀(du)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),形成一道(dao)道(dao)全民閱(yue)讀(du)的亮(liang)麗風景線。歷年的《報告書(shu)》對此(ci)進行了(le)(le)記錄。例如,新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)店總店的“出版界圖書(shu)館界全民閱(yue)讀(du)年會”“全國(guo)館社(she)高層論壇”“全國(guo)少兒閱(yue)讀(du)峰會”,江西新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)的“朗讀(du)者”“美麗中國(guo)·精彩(cai)江西”等(deng)誦(song)讀(du)活(huo)動(dong)(dong),已成品牌活(huo)動(dong)(dong)。海南新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)開設的數十個“新(xin)(xin)時(shi)代經典傳(chuan)(chuan)習所”,搭建(jian)起新(xin)(xin)時(shi)代傳(chuan)(chuan)播(bo)新(xin)(xin)思想的“新(xin)(xin)平臺、新(xin)(xin)陣地(di)、新(xin)(xin)機制(zhi)”。內蒙古(gu)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)(hua)利(li)用(yong)旗(qi)下(xia)發行網點(dian),通(tong)過鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)傳(chuan)(chuan)書(shu)(文化(hua)扶貧活(huo)動(dong)(dong))、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)使者(草原文化(hua)志愿者活(huo)動(dong)(dong))、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)校園(場景閱(yue)讀(du)實(shi)踐(jian)課堂)、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)之家(jia)(“學習強國(guo)”積分兌書(shu))、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)誦(song)讀(du)(講我的故事(shi))和鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)書(shu)店(在你身邊(bian)的流動(dong)(dong)書(shu)房)的方式,推動(dong)(dong)“鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)悅讀(du)”深入(ru)全區各地(di)。

投入人力物力  助力精準扶貧


2021年2月25日,習近平總(zong)書記在(zai)全國脫貧(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)總(zong)結表彰大會上莊嚴宣告(gao):我(wo)國脫貧(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)戰取得了(le)全面勝利!“十三五”期間,各(ge)地(di)新(xin)華(hua)書店(dian)投(tou)入大量資金(jin)和(he)物資,派(pai)出一線扶(fu)貧(pin)干部,通(tong)過開(kai)展產業幫(bang)扶(fu)、教育文化(hua)幫(bang)扶(fu)等方(fang)式幫(bang)助扶(fu)貧(pin)村脫貧(pin),在(zai)國家脫貧(pin)攻(gong)(gong)堅(jian)的(de)時代(dai)畫卷上寫(xie)下了(le)一筆。歷(li)年的(de)《報(bao)告(gao)書》記錄了(le)這些數據(ju)。

2017年,甘肅新(xin)華(hua)、深圳新(xin)華(hua)、重慶新(xin)華(hua)分別向對口幫扶(fu)村(cun)捐(juan)贈240萬元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、220萬元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)、110萬元(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)。河南新(xin)華(hua)云書網成立扶(fu)貧團隊,提供農副產品(pin)網上銷售服(fu)務(wu),探索(suo)電商扶(fu)貧新(xin)模(mo)式。

2018年,江西新(xin)華(hua)對138個扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)點(dian)開展幫扶(fu)(fu),累(lei)計(ji)捐(juan)贈(zeng)約500萬元(yuan);湖南新(xin)華(hua)參與建設扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)點(dian)上百個,派駐蹲點(dian)的人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)200多(duo)人(ren)(ren),對口扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)人(ren)(ren)數達753人(ren)(ren);甘肅新(xin)華(hua)為扶(fu)(fu)貧(pin)村學校援建圖書(shu)室折合人(ren)(ren)民幣267萬元(yuan),為貧(pin)困(kun)戶捐(juan)資(zi)捐(juan)物90多(duo)萬元(yuan);河北(bei)新(xin)華(hua)向貧(pin)困(kun)村派駐干部黨員(yuan)20余人(ren)(ren),為貧(pin)困(kun)地區捐(juan)贈(zeng)物資(zi)共計(ji)232萬元(yuan)。

2019年(nian),山西新華118人(ren)駐村幫扶、486人(ren)結(jie)對幫扶,年(nian)投(tou)(tou)入(ru)資金(jin)千(qian)余(yu)萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan);內蒙古(gu)新華脫(tuo)貧(pin)(pin)攻(gong)堅戰斗隊(dui)加入(ru)了(le)12個貧(pin)(pin)困村的駐村工(gong)作,投(tou)(tou)入(ru)資金(jin)、財(cai)物百余(yu)萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan);甘肅新華198人(ren)參與精(jing)準(zhun)扶貧(pin)(pin),投(tou)(tou)入(ru)扶貧(pin)(pin)資金(jin)68萬(wan)(wan)余(yu)元(yuan),為貧(pin)(pin)困地(di)區捐錢、捐物、捐贈圖書超過360萬(wan)(wan)元(yuan)。

對(dui)于(yu)援(yuan)藏、援(yuan)疆、援(yuan)青的國(guo)家(jia)重(zhong)點(dian)項目,新華(hua)(hua)(hua)書店更是高度重(zhong)視,落實到(dao)位(wei)。2018年(nian),新華(hua)(hua)(hua)書店總(zong)店派員參加青海(hai)扶貧工作,籌措資金500余萬元(yuan),修建一條27公(gong)里長(chang)的砂石路和一座44米長(chang)的涵橋;2017年(nian),江蘇新華(hua)(hua)(hua)對(dui)口(kou)援(yuan)藏、援(yuan)疆圖書近200萬元(yuan);福(fu)建新華(hua)(hua)(hua)2017年(nian)捐贈的1000萬元(yuan)圖書中(zhong),相當一部(bu)分是對(dui)口(kou)支援(yuan)西(xi)藏的;北(bei)京新華(hua)(hua)(hua)2017年(nian)捐贈的91萬元(yuan)圖書中(zhong),援(yuan)藏占(zhan)了相當比重(zhong)。

“十三五”新華系實體(ti)書店發(fa)展六大風標

“十(shi)三五”期間,在中宣(xuan)部等11部委《關于支持實(shi)體書(shu)店發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)指導(dao)意(yi)見》等利好政策(ce)推動下,實(shi)體書(shu)店得到快速發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)。根據中國新華(hua)書(shu)店協(xie)會(hui)(hui)發(fa)(fa)布的(de)(de)2016年—2019年《中國新華(hua)書(shu)店社會(hui)(hui)責任報(bao)告(gao)書(shu)》(以(yi)下簡稱《報(bao)告(gao)書(shu)》),以(yi)及《中國新聞出版廣電報(bao)》記者近年來(lai)對(dui)行業的(de)(de)觀察,我(wo)們梳理(li)和盤(pan)點出“十(shi)三五”期間新華(hua)系(xi)實(shi)體書(shu)店發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)的(de)(de)六大(da)風標。從中可見,“十(shi)三五”期間,各地新華(hua)書(shu)店分別從大(da)書(shu)城、標志性門(men)店、特色書(shu)店、社區網點等多層(ceng)面進行規劃,形成(cheng)“大(da)中小特”書(shu)店并舉(ju)的(de)(de)圖書(shu)發(fa)(fa)行體系(xi),創新了實(shi)體書(shu)店的(de)(de)發(fa)(fa)展(zhan)(zhan)之路。

門(men)(men)店(dian)(dian)升(sheng)(sheng)級改造(zao)持續進行。從歷年(nian)(nian)(nian)的(de)(de)《報告書(shu)(shu)(shu)》可見(jian),“十三五”期間,各地新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)繼續加大門(men)(men)店(dian)(dian)升(sheng)(sheng)級改造(zao)力(li)度(du),為讀(du)者提(ti)供(gong)綜(zong)合(he)性文(wen)(wen)化消費終端體(ti)驗,使得新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)以全新(xin)面(mian)(mian)貌出現在公眾(zhong)面(mian)(mian)前。以2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)為例(li),廣東新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)、浙(zhe)江新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)、山東新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)、湖南新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)(sheng)級改造(zao)書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、門(men)(men)店(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)數(shu)量分(fen)別為 73處(chu)、26處(chu)、23處(chu)、23處(chu)。浙(zhe)江新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)新(xin)開(kai)業了黃(huang)巖書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng),全新(xin)改造(zao)升(sheng)(sheng)級麗水書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、柯橋(qiao)書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、余(yu)杭文(wen)(wen)化廣場(chang)(chang)等設(she)計感(gan)強、時(shi)尚(shang)潮流(liu)的(de)(de)閱(yue)讀(du)文(wen)(wen)化空間。福(fu)建新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2016年(nian)(nian)(nian)完成(cheng)總部(bu)鰲峰坊書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、福(fu)州(zhou)金山圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)城(cheng)等15家賣場(chang)(chang)的(de)(de)新(xin)建或升(sheng)(sheng)級改造(zao)。江蘇新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2017年(nian)(nian)(nian)全省網點同比(bi)上年(nian)(nian)(nian)增加376處(chu),打(da)造(zao)了一(yi)批品種(zhong)齊全、業態豐富的(de)(de)城(cheng)市文(wen)(wen)化綜(zong)合(he)體(ti)。天津新(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2019年(nian)(nian)(nian)完成(cheng)全部(bu)200個閱(yue)讀(du)新(xin)空間建設(she),改造(zao)后的(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)年(nian)(nian)(nian)銷售額提(ti)升(sheng)(sheng)10%。
