履行職責使命 做好發行工作

“十三五”期間,新華書店積(ji)極(ji)發(fa)揮(hui)國有主(zhu)渠道、主(zhu)陣地(di)優勢(shi),承(cheng)擔文化傳播使命,全力以赴做好重(zhong)(zhong)要(yao)文件文獻、重(zhong)(zhong)點主(zhu)題出版物、優秀大眾讀物等相關發(fa)行工作。

這5年(nian)(nian)(nian)中,全國各地新(xin)華(hua)書店在門店突(tu)出位置設立(li)(li)專(zhuan)柜(ju)專(zhuan)架(jia),開展(zhan)(zhan)重(zhong)點出版物(wu)展(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)和宣傳征訂活動(dong)(dong),對讀者購書給予優(you)惠,取得(de)了(le)顯(xian)著成效。2016年(nian)(nian)(nian),新(xin)華(hua)書店開展(zhan)(zhan)“習近平(ping)總書記系(xi)列重(zhong)要講(jiang)話”“慶祝(zhu)中國共產(chan)黨成立(li)(li)95周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”“紀念長(chang)征勝利(li)80周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”等(deng)主題(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)示展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)活動(dong)(dong);2017年(nian)(nian)(nian),設立(li)(li)黨的十(shi)九大文(wen)獻展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)專(zhuan)區(qu)、專(zhuan)臺、專(zhuan)架(jia);2018年(nian)(nian)(nian),舉(ju)辦以“習近平(ping)新(xin)時(shi)代中國特色社會主義思想(xiang)”“馬克思誕辰200周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”“改革開放40周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”等(deng)為主題(ti)的專(zhuan)題(ti)展(zhan)(zhan)銷(xiao)活動(dong)(dong);2019年(nian)(nian)(nian),舉(ju)辦“慶祝(zhu)新(xin)中國成立(li)(li)70周(zhou)年(nian)(nian)(nian)”主題(ti)出版物(wu)展(zhan)(zhan)。

“課前(qian)到書(shu),人(ren)手(shou)一冊”是黨和國家對教(jiao)(jiao)材發行(xing)工作提(ti)出的(de)(de)要(yao)求,是中小(xiao)學(xue)開展正(zheng)常教(jiao)(jiao)育活動的(de)(de)基本保(bao)障。“十三五”期(qi)間,新華(hua)書(shu)店將“課前(qian)到書(shu)”作為重要(yao)的(de)(de)政治任務和社會責任,精心(xin)組(zu)織,精細操作,以長(chang)期(qi)積(ji)淀的(de)(de)專業服(fu)務能力圓滿完成(cheng)每季教(jiao)(jiao)材的(de)(de)征(zheng)訂發行(xing)工作。

“課前到書(shu)”的服(fu)務(wu)水平在“十三五(wu)”期間得(de)到提升,安徽(hui)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)在這方面領全(quan)國(guo)風(feng)氣之(zhi)先(xian)。2014年(nian)秋季學期,安徽(hui)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)將教材配送(song)從“送(song)書(shu)到校”延伸(shen)到“分書(shu)到班”,2016年(nian)又開(kai)始試點(dian)“服(fu)務(wu)到生”。在榜樣的示范和帶動下,河(he)南(nan)、河(he)北、云南(nan)等(deng)地的新(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)書(shu)店,紛(fen)紛(fen)嘗試“分書(shu)到班”。

這5年中,有兩個特殊的年份值得銘記(ji)。2017年秋季學期,歷(li)經5年完成編審的統編三(san)科(ke)教(jiao)材(cai)正式(shi)啟用。由于三(san)科(ke)教(jiao)材(cai)編審、評(ping)議教(jiao)輔重新申報定價、印刷業減產限排等原(yuan)因(yin),這一年新華(hua)人(ren)“課前到(dao)書”的時間空前緊(jin)迫,工作尤其艱(jian)苦。

2020年,新冠肺炎疫情來襲,南方多地(di)遭遇洪澇災害,教材教輔發(fa)運工(gong)作形勢更加嚴峻。各地(di)新華人兌現一份(fen)承諾,堅守一份(fen)初心,以堅實行動兌現“課前(qian)到書”錚錚誓言。

承辦地方書展(zhan)  推動全民閱(yue)讀(du)

承(cheng)辦或協辦各(ge)種(zhong)書(shu)展,舉辦各(ge)種(zhong)文化活動,是(shi)“十(shi)三五”期間新華(hua)書(shu)店推動全(quan)民閱讀工作的一個重要方面。

這些(xie)書展(zhan)大(da)大(da)推動(dong)了當(dang)地的(de)全民閱讀(du)(du)(du)。如福建新(xin)華2016年承辦的(de)第(di)二(er)屆“世界讀(du)(du)(du)書日·海峽讀(du)(du)(du)書節”,實現(xian)銷(xiao)(xiao)售碼(ma)洋3530萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),成(cheng)為福州參展(zhan)規模最(zui)大(da)、入場人次最(zui)多(duo)、銷(xiao)(xiao)售收入最(zui)高、宣傳效果(guo)最(zui)好的(de)一次群眾性閱讀(du)(du)(du)活動(dong)。再(zai)如2020河(he)北(bei)省惠(hui)民書市,在7天時間里,166家新(xin)華書店上下聯動(dong),發放260萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)優惠(hui)券(quan),累計銷(xiao)(xiao)售各(ge)類出版(ban)物41.17萬(wan)冊(ce)、1896萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan),讓(rang)利800萬(wan)元(yuan)(yuan)。

除了(le)承辦當地(di)書(shu)(shu)(shu)展,各地(di)新(xin)(xin)華(hua)還(huan)組織(zhi)策(ce)劃了(le)豐富多樣的(de)(de)品牌閱讀(du)活動(dong)(dong),形成一(yi)道(dao)道(dao)全(quan)民(min)閱讀(du)的(de)(de)亮麗(li)風景線。歷(li)年的(de)(de)《報(bao)告(gao)書(shu)(shu)(shu)》對(dui)此進行了(le)記錄。例如,新(xin)(xin)華(hua)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店總店的(de)(de)“出(chu)版界(jie)圖書(shu)(shu)(shu)館(guan)界(jie)全(quan)民(min)閱讀(du)年會”“全(quan)國館(guan)社高層論壇”“全(quan)國少(shao)兒閱讀(du)峰會”,江(jiang)(jiang)西新(xin)(xin)華(hua)的(de)(de)“朗(lang)讀(du)者”“美麗(li)中(zhong)國·精彩江(jiang)(jiang)西”等誦讀(du)活動(dong)(dong),已成品牌活動(dong)(dong)。海(hai)南新(xin)(xin)華(hua)開設的(de)(de)數十(shi)個“新(xin)(xin)時代(dai)經典傳習(xi)所”,搭建起新(xin)(xin)時代(dai)傳播(bo)新(xin)(xin)思(si)想的(de)(de)“新(xin)(xin)平臺、新(xin)(xin)陣(zhen)地(di)、新(xin)(xin)機制(zhi)”。內蒙(meng)古新(xin)(xin)華(hua)利用(yong)旗下發行網點,通過(guo)鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)傳書(shu)(shu)(shu)(文(wen)化扶貧活動(dong)(dong))、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)使者(草原文(wen)化志(zhi)愿者活動(dong)(dong))、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)校園(場景閱讀(du)實踐課堂)、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)之(zhi)家(“學習(xi)強國”積(ji)分兌(dui)書(shu)(shu)(shu))、鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)誦讀(du)(講我的(de)(de)故事)和鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)書(shu)(shu)(shu)店(在你身邊(bian)的(de)(de)流動(dong)(dong)書(shu)(shu)(shu)房)的(de)(de)方式,推動(dong)(dong)“鴻(hong)(hong)雁(yan)悅讀(du)”深(shen)入全(quan)區各地(di)。

投(tou)入人力(li)物力(li)  助力(li)精準扶貧


2021年2月(yue)25日,習(xi)近平總書(shu)記在全國(guo)脫貧(pin)攻堅總結表彰大會(hui)上莊嚴宣告(gao):我國(guo)脫貧(pin)攻堅戰(zhan)取(qu)得了全面勝利!“十(shi)三五”期間(jian),各地新華(hua)書(shu)店投入大量資金和(he)物資,派出一(yi)線扶貧(pin)干部,通(tong)過開展產業幫扶、教(jiao)育文化幫扶等(deng)方(fang)式(shi)幫助扶貧(pin)村脫貧(pin),在國(guo)家脫貧(pin)攻堅的時(shi)代畫卷上寫下(xia)了一(yi)筆。歷年的《報(bao)告(gao)書(shu)》記錄(lu)了這些數據(ju)。

2017年(nian),甘肅新(xin)(xin)華(hua)、深圳新(xin)(xin)華(hua)、重慶新(xin)(xin)華(hua)分別向對(dui)口幫扶村捐贈240萬元、220萬元、110萬元。河(he)南新(xin)(xin)華(hua)云書網成立扶貧(pin)團隊,提供農副產品網上(shang)銷(xiao)售服務,探索電商扶貧(pin)新(xin)(xin)模式。

2018年,江西新(xin)華(hua)對(dui)138個扶(fu)貧點開展幫扶(fu),累計捐(juan)(juan)贈(zeng)約500萬(wan)元;湖南(nan)新(xin)華(hua)參(can)與建(jian)設扶(fu)貧點上(shang)百個,派(pai)駐(zhu)蹲(dun)點的人(ren)(ren)員(yuan)200多人(ren)(ren),對(dui)口(kou)扶(fu)貧人(ren)(ren)數達753人(ren)(ren);甘肅新(xin)華(hua)為(wei)(wei)扶(fu)貧村學校(xiao)援建(jian)圖(tu)書室(shi)折合(he)人(ren)(ren)民幣267萬(wan)元,為(wei)(wei)貧困戶捐(juan)(juan)資捐(juan)(juan)物90多萬(wan)元;河北新(xin)華(hua)向貧困村派(pai)駐(zhu)干部黨員(yuan)20余人(ren)(ren),為(wei)(wei)貧困地區捐(juan)(juan)贈(zeng)物資共計232萬(wan)元。

2019年,山(shan)西新(xin)華118人駐村幫扶(fu)(fu)(fu)、486人結對幫扶(fu)(fu)(fu),年投(tou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)資(zi)金(jin)千余萬元;內蒙(meng)古新(xin)華脫貧(pin)(pin)攻堅戰斗隊(dui)加入(ru)(ru)(ru)了12個貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)村的駐村工作(zuo),投(tou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)資(zi)金(jin)、財物(wu)百余萬元;甘肅(su)新(xin)華198人參與精(jing)準扶(fu)(fu)(fu)貧(pin)(pin),投(tou)入(ru)(ru)(ru)扶(fu)(fu)(fu)貧(pin)(pin)資(zi)金(jin)68萬余元,為貧(pin)(pin)困(kun)地(di)區捐(juan)錢、捐(juan)物(wu)、捐(juan)贈圖書超過(guo)360萬元。

對(dui)于(yu)援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)藏、援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)疆、援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)青的國家重(zhong)點項(xiang)目,新華(hua)書(shu)店更是(shi)高度重(zhong)視,落實到位。2018年,新華(hua)書(shu)店總店派(pai)員參(can)加(jia)青海扶貧工作,籌措資(zi)金(jin)500余萬(wan)元,修建一條27公(gong)里(li)長(chang)的砂石路和一座44米長(chang)的涵橋;2017年,江蘇新華(hua)對(dui)口援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)藏、援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)疆圖書(shu)近(jin)200萬(wan)元;福建新華(hua)2017年捐(juan)贈(zeng)的1000萬(wan)元圖書(shu)中(zhong),相(xiang)當一部分是(shi)對(dui)口支援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)西藏的;北京(jing)新華(hua)2017年捐(juan)贈(zeng)的91萬(wan)元圖書(shu)中(zhong),援(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)藏占了相(xiang)當比重(zhong)。

門(men)店(dian)(dian)升(sheng)級改造(zao)(zao)持續進行。從歷年(nian)的(de)(de)《報告(gao)書(shu)(shu)》可見(jian),“十三(san)五”期間(jian),各地新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)繼續加大門(men)店(dian)(dian)升(sheng)級改造(zao)(zao)力度,為讀者提供(gong)綜合性文化消(xiao)費終端體(ti)驗,使得(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)以全新(xin)(xin)(xin)面(mian)貌出現在(zai)公眾面(mian)前。以2017年(nian)為例,廣(guang)東新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)、浙江新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)、山(shan)東新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)、湖南新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)升(sheng)級改造(zao)(zao)書(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、門(men)店(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)數(shu)量分別為 73處(chu)、26處(chu)、23處(chu)、23處(chu)。浙江新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2016年(nian)新(xin)(xin)(xin)開業了黃巖書(shu)(shu)城(cheng),全新(xin)(xin)(xin)改造(zao)(zao)升(sheng)級麗(li)水書(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、柯橋書(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、余杭文化廣(guang)場等(deng)設(she)計感強、時尚潮流的(de)(de)閱讀文化空間(jian)。福(fu)建(jian)新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2016年(nian)完(wan)成(cheng)總(zong)部(bu)(bu)鰲(ao)峰坊書(shu)(shu)城(cheng)、福(fu)州金山(shan)圖書(shu)(shu)城(cheng)等(deng)15家賣場的(de)(de)新(xin)(xin)(xin)建(jian)或升(sheng)級改造(zao)(zao)。江蘇新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2017年(nian)全省網點(dian)同比上年(nian)增(zeng)加376處(chu),打造(zao)(zao)了一(yi)批(pi)品種齊全、業態豐富的(de)(de)城(cheng)市文化綜合體(ti)。天(tian)津新(xin)(xin)(xin)華(hua)(hua)(hua)2019年(nian)完(wan)成(cheng)全部(bu)(bu)200個閱讀新(xin)(xin)(xin)空間(jian)建(jian)設(she),改造(zao)(zao)后的(de)(de)書(shu)(shu)店(dian)(dian)年(nian)銷售額提升(sheng)10%。
